All Southern Steel Engineering personnel have current first aid medical emergency certification which is renewed yearly. Our workforce is fully equipped with the knowledge and training required on work sites. Our daily tool box meeting enables all personal have their input receive and implement.

Achieved through our “Got Your Back” verification and checking system, an accuracy practice implemented throughout the team.
All dimensions, fits ups, material preparation, and alignment undergo a second check by a team member not involved in the task at every stage of the process.
All completed items undergo a comprehensive inspection process to ensure all requirements are met.
