With typically thousands of meters of hygienic piping to be installed with each new operation we are constantly developing new and innovative solutions for welding and cleaning of the piping components through automation and low-toxicity fluids. By reducing the manual labour input with orbital welding we can ensure repeat quality welded components, and utilising the safest passivating cleaning techniques, this results in projects that are completed to very high quality and safe standards.
With current industry focus on heat recovery capabilities for all plant operators we have the expertise to assist clients with value adding upgrades, resulting in long term cost savings.
With huge amounts energy used to heat the wort in breweries and distilleries of which is typically wasted into atmosphere via the exhaust. Storage and capture of this energy will have large cost savings for clients long term.
We also carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to all your fixed and mobile tanks and equipment. Our stainless steel tanks and equipment are used in a variety of applications such as condensate recovery, chemical mixing, product storage, water treatment, heat recovery, fermentation and finishing, and cleaned in place (CIP) applications.
